our return/refund policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive the product. if 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
to be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. it must also be in the original packaging.
to initiate your return/refund, send us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, issue faced, and an image of the product and we will guide you further.
please note that the refund will be issued against your original payment mode.
please do not send your purchase back to the return address without prior confirmation from our side.

please note, option to EXCHANGE size is NOT available! we request you to refer size chart before placing an order. (t-shirts are slim fit, if you prefer regular/comfortable fit, we recommend you order a size larger than you usually purchase.)
